The work environment

The Production Center Account Payments (PCAP) delivers payments production services. Customer satisfaction, cost efficiency, and stable and reliable production is a central focus point in our daily activities and basis for continuous improvement.

Projects and changes delivered by the Account Payments division need to be adapted, managed, and deployed by the PCAP in a structured and proactive way ensuring production stability. The PCAP is supporting various payments products, like SWIFT, European Payments Products, Trusted Transactions, and Italian Payments.

What will be your job?

Service & Cloud Strategy

  • You act as delivery manager on behalf of the management team, drive the M2C (move to cloud) initiatives and roadmap on behalf of the Production Center Account Payments.
  • You act as linking pin between the business and technology centers to define possible M2C initiatives and technologies.
  • You act as single point of contact for the usage of cloud technologies and define the cloud operational delivery, establish processes and service levels with business, to support the delivery according the service level agreements negotiated with the end customer. To achieve that, you will analyze demand, specify requirements, provide cost estimates, and define the run part of the service (global and local).
  • You act as first point of contact for cloud within PCAP: close Interaction with the Cloud Competence Center, PCAP management team and all other stakeholders needed to ensure that PCAP is always involved in new developments and cloud projects affecting PCAP.
  • You translate business requirements for cloud implementation into practical requirements for PCAP and support the PCAP management in the implementation of cloud solutions.

Service Delivery

  • The service delivery manager (SDM) acts as first point of contact for requests from the business unit to implement new services, is in close contact with the project management to define and follow up / check on all needed operational readiness actions (acceptance criteria) to ensure a smooth implementation of the new service.
  • SDM is working closely together with Pre Sales to provide needed effort calculations (FTE, financial investments) for RFPs (request for proposals) and gathering the needed investments / costs to build and run the supply chain to deliver the requested service.
  • You monitor the operational performance according to SLAs and compliance and involvement in P1 incidents.

Service Improvement

  • SDM is monitoring the service delivery on incidents, SLA breaches, and compliancy and is triggering (and partly leading) improvement activities to close actual gaps and to improve the service.
  • You interact with agile teams focused on service improvements.

What do you have to offer?

  • Graduate degree in informatics or in a cognate discipline or comparable proficiency
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams at an international scale
  • Excellent writing and communication skills; business fluent English is mandatory
  • High initiative, excellent analytical skills, customer orientation, and solution-focused approach
  • Extended and fundamental knowledge of and practical experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), operating systems (Windows, Linux), security, and networking
  • Good experience of deploying modular cloud-based systems and maintaining cloud solutions in accordance with best practices
  • Ability to translate business requirements for cloud solutions into practical requirements and deliverables for PCAP
  • Widespread technical background (network / system engineer, database administrator) is an advantage as well as experience in process and project management
  • Stress resistance and ability to adapt to tight deadlines and dynamically changing priorities
  • Knowledge of standards related to IT (e.g. ITIL, PCI DSS, ISO standards)
