Security Operations is a transversal department that provides security services for the Worldline group. The department analyzes, monitors, and maintains security systems, applications, and processes, solves occurring security incidents and problems throughout the IT infrastructure and takes care of execution and realization of operational security tasks.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Supervising, analyzing, and protecting Worldline from cyber attacks
  • Leading multiple commercial and open source file integrity monitoring (FIM) solutions
  • Configuring file and directory monitoring rule sets
  • Approval and baseline of authorized modifications
  • Report on and alert to unauthorized changes
  • Supervising infrastructure and agent deployments
  • Aligning scope with configuration management
  • Keeping an open mind on new FIM solutions

Skills we can’t do without:

  • Having a security attitude with experience in a security-related position
  • Proven focus on automation solutions (API)
  • Sound experience of Microsoft Windows, Linux, and commonly used enterprise application stacks
  • Ability to speak and write fluently in English (German is a plus)
  • Solution-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills

Skills we’d like:

  • You prove to be a great teammate and have experience working in matrix organizations
  • You have a good understanding to build cyber security awareness in the organization
  • Knowledge about card payment services and IT service management standards like ITIL, ISO standards (PCI-DSS, ISAE 3402) is an asset
  • Stress resistance and ability to adapt to tight deadlines and dynamically changing priorities
  • You are well-balanced and don’t let yourself get rattled in high-reaching situations
  • Scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell, Python, etc.)
  • Experience with Privileged Access Management tools would be a plus (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea)
