We continue to grow and therefore we are searching for an

HR Assistant (m/f/x) International Mobility – Japanese Speaking

for our office in Nuremberg. This position reports to our HR manager in the Netherlands who is responsible for international mobility.

Your responsibilities and tasks:

  • Support the smooth transfer of expatriates in or out of Europe by collaborating with various stakeholders, e.g. our HR headquarters in Kyoto, Japan or local HR
  • Provide support to expats, especially relocating from Japan, in their administrative matters, e.g. related to job rotation, payroll, fringe benefits, performance evaluation, trainings and other daily inquiries
  • Administer internal processes regarding the relocation of employees from and to Europe
  • Manage the collection of data for internal databases and update them regularly
  • Perform further administrative tasks

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable academic degree (e.g. in Business Administration or Japanese studies)
  • Several years of experience in an administrative function, preferably in an HR-related role
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Proactive, structured and organised working style
  • Good communication skills
  • Open, friendly and service-oriented personality
  • Very good Japanese skills, verbally and in writing, good English skills, German language skills are preferred but not a must
