For our site Diehl Aviation in Laupheim we are looking for a:
(Senior) Strategy Manager (m/f/d)
These are your tasks:
- Drive strategic projects that shape the future of Diehl Aviation
- Translate market and competitor insights into concrete strategic recommendations
- Support portfolio and product strategies and identify new business opportunities
- Contribute to M&A assessments and international cooperation projects
- Prepare high-impact presentations and recommendations for senior leadership
Who we are looking for:
- Higher university degree in business, economics, engineering, or similar – MBA is a plus
- Multiple years of experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy, preferably in aviation
- Strong analytical mindset and project management skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Business fluent in English and German, French is a plus; willingness to travel
