ITM is a privately owned biotechnology and radiopharmaceutical group of companies dedicated to the development, production and global supply of targeted diagnostic and therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals and radioisotopes for use in cancer treatment. We are developing a proprietary portfolio and growing pipeline of targeted treatments in various stages of clinical development addressing cancers such as neuroendocrine cancers or bone metastases. Our main objectives are to significantly improve treatment outcomes and quality of life for cancer patients through a new generation of Targeted Radionuclide Therapies in Precision Oncology. The headquarters are located in the heart of the research center of the Technical University of Munich (TUM).

We would like to fill the following vacancy as soon as possible:

Key Account Manager (f/m/d)

Your Role:

  • Analyse individual accounts to develop and deliver account action plans and sets account objectives
  • Create KOL maps, map patient flow and building strategies to eliminate / minimize hurdles within the hospital and builds up strong networks between stakeholders
  • Develop, forecast and implement territory sales plan to define and deliver sales strategy at territory level
  • Build strategic partnerships with specific key accounts thorough understanding of customers needs and excellent account management
  • Track orders and ensure fulfilment of account needs, create and implement a customer care process
  • Ensuring in-depth knowledge of company products, product strategy, positioning, key messages and programmes
  • Maintain an understanding of customer / account needs, changes within the marketplace, competitor environment and all relevant clinical developments

What we are looking for:

  • Background in Natural Sciences, Medicine or Pharmacology, and/or degree in Business Marketing / Sales
  • Ideally a minimum of three to five years of experience in field working with specialists in Pharmaceutical industry and successful Key Account management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation skills and business acumen
  • Strong analytical as well as organizational ability, professional presence, self-confidence, self-driven, and a positive attitude
  • Experience in Oncological field would be an advantage
  • In-depth knowledge of the Pharma sector and local regulations
  • Proven capabilities in strategic thinking, business planning, quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Experience with managing large accounts including strategic planning, project management, problem solving and execution
  • CRM / Salesforce experience
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently
  • Fluent in German and English
