Sie verstärken unser Innendienst-Team und sind kompetenter Ansprech­partner (m/w/d) für unsere Kunden. Neben der Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Vertrieb und Service, gehört die Erstellung von Angeboten zum Tagesgeschäft. Administrative Tätigkeiten und das Office-Management vervollständigen Ihren Arbeitstag.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Telefonische Betreuung und Beratung von Neu- und Bestandskunden
  • Erstellung von Angebotsunterlagen und Korrespondenz mit unseren Kunden
  • Schnittstellenfunktion zum Vertrieb und Service
  • Office-Management (Raumverwaltung, Materialbeschaffung etc.)
  • Unser Team mit Humor und Herz verstärken

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
  • Gerne mit Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Innendienst
  • Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden
  • Persönlichkeit mit Herz und Verstand
  • Lust an der Teamarbeit und eine gesunde Portion Humor
