Vice President (f/m/d) Marketing & Communications

• You have the responsibility for overall Marketing & Communications results of Diehl Metering and oversee Marketing & Communications strategies and efforts in order to strengthen the market position.
• You are accountable for the annual Marketing & Communications plan and strategy including budget and expenditures.
• You design, launch and execute differentiated and impactful marketing campaigns, materials, tools and templates that meet business objectives and drive leads across digital platforms, public relations and partnership marketing.
• You are responsible for the development of the Diehl Metering marketing, communications / public relations organization as well as the realization of global corporate identity / branding with responsibility for budget and expenditures.
• You develop and enhance the global corporate identity of Diehl Metering and oversee the event management, fairs and exhibitions in coherence with strategic goals and positioning including agency management and customer interaction.
• You lead and support the collection, analysis and interpretation of market data for short-term and long-term market forecasts and reports.
• You act as the interface to the Marketing & Communications team of the Diehl headquarters to drive and align Diehl-wide strategies.

• You have a university degree in economics, business administration or similar with a major in marketing or communications.
• You are relying on long-term leadership and project management experience in marketing, PR or communications, preferably within the metering industry or from a customer perspective.
• You are equipped with very good MS Office knowledge and have profound knowledge in graphic tools and methods as well as in the social media tooling landscape.
• You have excellent spoken and written German and English skills; knowledge in French is appreciated.
• You have strong organizational and planning skills in combination with customer focus and business understanding in an intercultural environment.
• You have outstanding rhetorical communication skills.
• Willingness to travel is part of your role.
